A life of reaction is a life of slavery, intellectually and spiritually. One must fight for a life of action, not reaction

    CHAPTER 6

I was looking at Donovan and shaking my head because I couldn’t stand to see him at my sight anymore. Then suddenly I started to feel nauseous, it felt like blood was rushing to my head and my chest was congesting; I thought I was going to choke. Yes baby, I am sure I rolled my wheelchair back a few feet away from the door and was patiently waiting for him with one last plate in my hand— once he cracked the door open and snuck his head out, I don’t know where I found the strength to throw the plate, but I swear when it hit the wall all I saw was a cloud of dust by his head. Damn it I missed again!

Damn it Hope, the lord said to forgive those who trespasses against us

You’re the last person on the planet who should be talking about what the lord says Donovan; matter fact let me get the knife? I was energized as I rushed to the kitchen to get the biggest knife that we
