Seven Great Golf Tips - Gregor Grund

    Introduction

"It is nothing new or original to say that golf is played one stroke at a time. But it took me many years to realize it." — Bobby Jones

Welcome to my Seven Great Golf Tips fellow golf enthusiast! In the following pages I have compiled seven golf tips that have helped my game tremendously. I think the information will be just as valuable to you. The tips might be not what you expect. I took the time to present the ideas and concepts thoroughly. If you are looking for advice that you can apply right away to build a better swing and play better golf through practice and commitment – read on. If you are looking for quick fixes or band-aid remedies you have to look elsewhere.

In the end no golf book, tip or advice can make you a better player on its own. You have to apply the knowledge to get anywhere. So take what seems useful to you and run with it. If you take action you are already better than most. Unfortunately I can’t be there to play a round of golf with you but I do my best to motivate and encourage you in these pages to step up your game. Most advice you will read is common sense. But don’t let that discourage you. Just try some of the things and see the results for yourself.

Most people these days are looking for instant gratification. The marketing in the golf business tries to sell exactly this idea. Just buy a new set of clubs, a new golf ball or a ridiculous training aid and you will be playing on the PGA Tour in no time. Golf doesn’t work this way – at all. Quite the opposite seems to be true. Sometimes you have to be patient enough to work through a period of failure in order to build a better swing. I always say that golf is a process. Even the most gifted players in the world have to work hard to stay at their level of play. Yet many amateurs think that they just have to find the magic move to correct
