So, tell me again why am I wearing this outfit? Callie complained, pulling the tight leather shorts out of her butt. The outfit in question was made up of a leather bikini top, hoisted in place by several thin leather straps. A leather vest hung over the skimpy top, too tight to button. The previous owner must have been slightly less endowed than Callie. Inside the lining were several pockets, probably meant for hiding little weapons, and nick knacks. Armor covered one shoulder, and both her arms from her elbows down to her wrists. Boy shorts fit uncomfortably over top of fishnets. The last item was a pair of leather utility boots that came up to her knees. The whole set up was too tight, and revealed things that she was sure her mother wouldn’t approve. She actually liked the boots, but she wasn’t about to tell Yara that.

Because you look good in it. Yara smirked. The two of them were making their way across the empty deck of the ship. Yara was lugging huge packs slung nonchalantly over her shoulder. The balloon that held the ship in the air bobbed peacefully above them, the stars shining around it like little fireflies.

No really, Callie scoffed. If that were the reason, I wouldn’t have let you dress me in this unpleasant clothing, I swear.

Well, you do, Yara winked at Callie. She ignored her flirtations, since any acknowledgment just egged her on. But it also makes you look more like a bounty hunter.

Alright, I understand that for this plan to work I need to pass as a bounty hunter, but how would you know what a bounty hunter looks like.

Oh, I come across plenty of bounty hunters. When your bounty is the fifth highest in Tezomea, you bump into a lot of them. In fact, that belonged to a bounty hunter. Yara boasted.

Wait, belonged to one. Please tell me I’m not wearing a dead person’s clothes.

Oh no, she was cute, I let her live. Yara smiled in a way that should have made Callie very uncomfortable if the captain hadn’t assured her only moments before that Yara was going to mind her manners on this outing. Thankfully, it was directed toward one of Yara’s inner memories instead of the young lady. Here, carry this. Yara shoved a nondescript pack into her arms. It was smaller than the others, and light, despite the fact that it bulged at the seams.

What’s in this pack, Yara? Callie decided the change of subject was preferable to hearing about Yara’s conquests in intimate detail.

Dynamite, so we can blow up the ship.

Callie stopped, and stared at the woman. Does the captain know we’re blowing up his ship.

Oh yah, it took some convincing, but he saw it my way. Yara smiled proudly to herself. When she spotted the worried look on Callie’s face, she paused, and laughed. "Wait, we’re not really going to blow up the ship. We’re going to make it look like we blew it up. With the cloud cover, our friends in the Navy will never know the difference. That will give the captain time to move the ship. Then he’ll be able
