Christopher A. Vaca, born to Jose and Sylvia Vaca, lived in Texas for the first nineteen years of his life. At nineteen, he joined the United States Army, and took the job of Chemical operations specialist; also known as NBC or Nuclear, Biological and Chemical. His duties while in the Army were to train and ready the troops in case of a NBC attack. After Basic and Chemical training, Christopher A. Vaca was stationed in Mannheim Germany and Ft. Lewis Washington. He was placed in the 1st armor division (Old Ironsides.) Being in an armor unit allowed him to load, shoot and drive the M1A1 main battle tank. After He departed from the military with an honorable discharge, he returned to Texas where he resides today. Christopher A. Vaca didn't always have a passion for writing, In-fact his love for writing was somewhat accidental. Sounds odd but he goes into more detail about that on his website: http://www.ChrisVacaBooks.com
