About this ebook

People are unprepared for the end of the age because they have bene fed teaching that is far from the truth, for example:
The blood of Jesus only cleanses us from sin when we obey!
Scripture never says future sins are forgiven -
Did the apostles use a sinner's prayer in the New Testament?
Righteous delivers from death - even in the New Testament?

    FINAL APPROACH

Why did America turn against God?

    Overview

Final approach in an aircraft requires carefully following a procedure or checklist for that phase of flight, preparing the aircraft and the pilot for what is coming very shortly. The same is true of this spiritual season, preparation must be made to understand and follow God’s requirements rather than the teaching of men.

As the time of the end comes near, far more is required from God’s people than just claiming to be His. Many will fall under God’s judgment because they fail to understand the requirements clearly stated in God’s Word.

Final Approach should reach the proper conclusion, just like with a flight –

Ecclesiastes 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

It is the purpose of this book to use Scripture, not an opinion, to implore Christians to carefully consider their actions now more than ever in their life – to start obeying God and to be ready when God catches away His people. This means learn God’s requirements and repent of the compromises and misguided lifestyle assumed to be true because they are accepted by most of the church.

Is all doctrine true to Scripture, or is misinterpretation in the teaching of scripture causing us to fail to prepare?

Now is the time. We can prove to the satisfaction of most Christians there is not much time left, but many already understand that in their hearts. Please consider making corrections to your doctrine and radical changes to your life to prepare to be rescued from the coming tribulation – for scripture will be presented that clearly opposes common Christian thinking.

    Chapter 1

How do we know the time is Final?

    I. Scripture has a time frame

    A. Hosea 6:1 Come and let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. 2 After two days will he revive us; in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

    1. Note: 2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. (After 2,000 years God will raise Israel up –performed in 1948.)

    B. Matthew 1:17 So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations.

II. Prophecy of Israel’s return as a nation

    A. Jeremiah 50:18 Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: "Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon in his land, as I have punished the king of Assyria. 19 And I will bring back Israel again to his habitation, and he shall feed on Carmel and Bashan; and his soul shall be satisfied upon Mount Ephraim and Gilead. 20 In those days and in that time, says the Lord, the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and there shall be none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found; for I will pardon those whom I reserve.

    B. Isaiah 51:11 Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion (the location of the Temple mount in Jerusalem); and everlasting joy shall be upon their head; they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

    C. Isaiah 66:8 Who hath heard such a thing? Who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.

About 2,400 years ago God prophesied Israel would return as a nation – and it occurred in one day in 1948.

Ezekiel 36:16 Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 17 Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their own way and by their doings; their way was before me as the uncleanness of a removed woman. 18 Whereupon I poured my fury upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and for their idols wherewith they had polluted it; 19 And I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries; according to their way and according to their doings I judged them. - - -. 23 And I will sanctify My great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which you have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. 24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. 25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. 26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. 28 And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. 29 I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase
