Luckily, he’s found an old, charming mansion that needs a little fixing up. If he buys it now and sells it down the road, he could stand to make a small fortune on it. The only problem is that he will have to leave the city and all his friends to move out to the suburbs in order to make it all happen.

FAST FORWARD TWO MONTHS...

The suburbs are proving to be far too timid and isolating for James’s taste, so much so, that he decides to start his renovation project ahead of schedule. That’s when his friends suggest that he call the contractor they know about, Kurt Walker.

ENTER THE HUNKY BUILDER...

James finds himself totally unprepared to have his first meeting with Kurt. What his friends forget to mention is that Kurt is off-the-charts hot! From the moment Kurt pulls up in his pickup truck, James finds himself taken by the guy. And, it does not help that Kurt’s form-fitting khaki’s hug his ass so nicely nor does it help that his muscles are all on display beneath the flimsy polo he has on. The hallway was dark. There wasn’t much natural light in the back part of the house, but there was enough light for us to see each other. I could feel my underwear straining between the crack of my ass as I climbed the stairs. I choose to wear a light cotton brief and because my cheeks were as smooth as silk, the fabric of my briefs constantly slipped up into my crack. I loved the feeling, however. It felt so erotic and now that Kurt had his eyes on my ass, the underwear felt even better.

We continued to climb the stairs in utter silence.

I couldn’t help but look back at Kurt again and see what he was doing so at the first landing, I pulled myself aside and looked back at him.

“Keep going, bud...” Kurt ordered while his eyes rolled up and down my body.

“Good,” he said quickly and then, without warning, pushed me up against the wall and began to rub his waist against mine. I could feel his hard cock brush up against my groin.
