      Highly impactful read. A text for our time.
      As the deceptions of the Adversary, the author of lies, grow at equal speed to our dull sensitivities for holiness, righteousness, and godliness; Uriah Smith's book becomes ever more necessary. There is no time other than the present to cultivate a love and yearning for truth as encapsulated in the Word. There is equally no time other than the present for which to act with urgency in the effort to remedy one's pride and resistance against life-saving truths - one of the most formidable of which is that "the dead know nothing, and they have no more rewards, for the memory of them is forgotten; Also their love, their hatred, and their envy have now perished, nevermore will they have a share in anything done under the sun [Ecclesiastes 9: 5-6]".


      Now is the time in which each one decides for themself regarding what it is they base truth - the Word or the world.
