Excellent book. One again The Murray Family clan makes a new addition. Book (2). The usual man rescues woman. Giselle on the run in France. Nigel becomes her protector. After many adventures trying to get past the bad guys, he finally gets her to Scotland. What do you think happens after that? I became a little bored with the hiding and chasing adventures but okay....still a fantastic book.

This book has one of my favorite themes- the heroine is an abuse survivor. The relationship between Nigel and Gisele is sweet and I enjoyed watching him help her deal with her traumatic past. I've added the rest of this series to my to-read shelf, it's shaping up to be a favorite, I think. (4 stars)
