He also ...view moreMany years ago, the International Society of Poets published Kenneth Webb’s poems on the internet and in their anthologies. He received the Poet Laureate citation in 2002. He also received "Best Poet of the Year" awards in 2000, 2003, 2005, 2010, 2013, and 2014, and was published in the "International W ho's Who in Poetry" in 2005. In 2012, Mr. Webb r ecei ved the “Great Poets Across America Award” during National Poetry Month.Having studied several sciences and major religions and using many traditional poetic forms, Mr. Webb published Essences in 2006 and Essences II in 2013. Subjects include The Universe, Nature, History, Death, Sports, Characterizations, Potpourri, and America.Mr. Webb is an Air Force veteran who lives in Lake Villa, Illinois. He states, “I especially hope my poems on America will shine long after my departure.”view less
