In 1988, she received the Jean Gray Allen Memorial Memorial Award, First Prize, for nonfiction from The Harrisburg Manuscript Club. After that, she completed college and graduate school and obtained post-graduate credentials in Clinical Social Work/Psychotherapy. She lives in Dunedin, Florida near the beach and works as independent social work contractor.view less
