Donna earned her honors Bachelors of Science degree in psychology, sociology, and philosophy from the University of Toronto. She went on to complete a postgraduate diploma in criminology at the University of Toronto. She completed her Masters of Science degree in sociology and social policy at the University of the West Indies.view less
