While reading scripture from a King James Bible, namely the books of Isaiah, Matthew, and John, he became born-again from above, receiving the infilling of the Holy Spirit. Confessed trust in Yeshua before St. Peter’s Baptist Church congregation, it was there he was baptized in water. At the age of twenty, he learned about and received the baptism in the Holy Spirit. He graduated from Delgado Community College in 1989 and attended Tulane University. He graduated in the top 5 percent at the U.S. military school in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He served seven years in the New Orleans Army National Guard and was ordained as a minister in June of 2009.view less
