Collee started out at a young age on her “camera adventures” exploring paths, waterways and the mountain scenes of Western North Carolina.
Among her favorite activities are long walks in the woods, taking her canoe out in a swamp, or pitching her tent somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Listening to the waterfalls, seeing wildlife, canoeing a stream and bringing our history into today are themes behind the photographic collections that Collee presents. Along with her walks, Collee has always had pen, paper, and camera to capture her perceptions and thoughts from the woods. The feeling and wonder of the natural world around us transcends and becomes a tangible presence through Pathways, a collection of photographs and free verseview less
