She grew up in Australia, holidaying and exploring various places on family holidays. Her travels brought her to Great Britain about twenty-six years ago, and she stayed. She has had a varied and colorful working life but has always loved telling stories and regaling memories from her travels. She has four children and started writing this story for her eldest son twenty-two years ago. Bridie is passionate about storytelling and feels the greatest thing in life is to be able to pass stories on to younger generations.view less
