Her background in psychology and teaching has lead her from primary school to working with excluded young people, whilst also gaining experience as a Counsellor and Life Coach to Military personnel.
Stepping out of the shadows are her thought provoking pieces of poetry that have been collated within this collection to highlight the hardships she has overcome and resilience that the human body can endure in order to achieve lifes aspirations.
Whilst the appearance of the author may be unsuspecting, living within the suburbs of London with her family, it is perhaps her life beneath the surface that shines between each line of her expressive and emotionally evocative poems.view less
