I’ve lived in many places before I was twenty—Mexico, Florida, and Texas. I truly believe my dad’s drug habits had something to do with it. I don’t blame him, but this is what drug addicts do. We moved from place to place, looking for something that we could never find because we never knew God. We were Catholics and had our trust in other idols and gods.
