Later, he spent three years in the USA, studying and working. After a successful career in the industry, he founded a company to manufacture batteries to power lamps for coal mines and Indian railways. He spends his time in the city of Chennai in the southern part of India with his wife Susan, reading and writing, and advising small and medium size companies on better management practices. Occasionally they visit the US to spend summer months with their grandchildren.view less
