He attended the College of Agriculture, Science and Education, the Berkeley Institute of Marketing through the University of Technology in Jamaica. Dr. Livingston has numerous postgraduate courses through the FDA’s ORAU, and the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets, where he is currently employed. His latest achievement is the doctoral degree of Doctor of Divinity from Trinity Theological Seminary.
He is married to Andrea and is the father of three sons. He is an ordained minister who has functioned at various times in the youth departments and as church treasurer.view less
