An author, born out of adversity…under duress, stress, and hardships, Jennie found writing as a way of easing the tension and bringing closure to a day of struggling through the maze of instruments, machinery, and sutures in the operating theatre. Thus the poem, “Theatre Life.”
In 1989, she obtained the Golden Poet’s Award, for her poem, “The Eyes.” Presently, she still writes poetry when inspired or called upon to cheer up a friend or family member; even to commemorate a special event.view less
