Although wanting to write this story right after Hurricane Katrina happened, she realized there were more pieces to the puzzle; ten years later, this work is as it should be—complete. She believes that everyone has a special story, and by sharing and connecting with others, we can begin to heal and find peace and joy in our lives. Somewhat of a “spiritual” nomad, Angel hails from Folsom, California, but has spent her adult years in New Orleans, Louisiana; Charlotte, North Carolina; Charleston, South Carolina; and now in Sacramento, California. She is recently married, and she and her husband plan to continue writing and growing their family.view less
