convinced that to understand where we are going required knowledge of where it all began. Her spiritual journey originated with an interest in life’s
mysteries and then through a series of painful challenges. This journey took her beyond the
confines of conventional beliefs and as the journeys crisscrossed each other, it brought for her a
deeper understanding of the purpose of life.
Since the release of her first book, The Pain Game in 2014, she has completed her Level One Certificate of Training through the International Kundalini Yoga Teacher’s Association, receiving her qualification in November 2015. She has taught Kundalini Yoga for the last three years. She has also taken part and completed many workshops in different areas of healing. In 2016 she completed an educational program, Beyond Addiction (The
Yogic Path to Recovery), a program designed for individuals seeking to develop healthy habits and overcome addictive behaviour. She shares her discoveries in the hope of inspiring others to make
