Always a creative kid, he came to writing via an elementary school assignment. "Dad helped me come up with some action, we figured out how my hero could escape, and then I illustrated the story's cover page. Sure, the Old West tale mirrored my current reading material, but it hooked me on the creative process."
Since then, his writing has turned more fanciful, much of it being science fiction, fantasy, or poetry, but he still reads history for fun.view less
