He has written poetry for nearly 30 yea...view moreThom Amundsen is a high school teacher of English and Theatre Arts director in the Minneapolis / St Paul area. His goals are to be a writer. He has written poetry for nearly 30 years; however, in recent years life events have moved him to go further in serious attempt to move his work to publication. He is starting with a book of short sonnets.
Thom is a family man with a lovely spouse and two delightful adult children.
Thom has a B.A. in English from Augsburg College in Minnesota, and a Masters in Education from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. His original hometown is Wausau WI, a fond memory that evokes many of the themes of his writing.view less
