The effects of feeling unsupported can last from childhood into our adult lives.We can find ourselves struggling under the weight of a limiting weakness or restriction; andhave come to terms that life will always be a roller coaster of emotional living.And we cope by distracting ourselves from attaining well-being.The fact of the matter is that it’s never too late nor impossible to move fromwound to well-being.You matter.
