He continues his path of writing poetry on everyday experiences, coupled with a strong sense of imagination and a touch of rhyme and rhythm, blended with musical script.
Kenny is still a police officer with the Toronto Police Service and, after almost twenty-seven years, still loves serving the citizens of Toronto.
Writing poetry remains one of his longtime passions, and he continues to attend book signing events to talk about his books.
It has been a long journey for him since spending time as a young child in the Toronto Children's Aid as a crown ward and in foster homes, but he has always been grateful for good friends along the way and counts every blessing. His inspirations are his family and friends, and he gratefully acknowledges the Toronto Children's Aid Society and the Children's Aid Foundation in Toronto, Canada, for helping him to beat the odds, which has been the cause for his determination to smile. His poetry comes from the heart, and his life comes from people who care.view less
