Learn all about hypersensitivity and master the right coping methods to turn your life around!
Have you always had trouble socializing with people?
Hypersensitivity is a common problem that can manifest itself in various ways. It can have a physical impact on some people (extreme sensitivity to physical stimuli), while it can be more of a cognitive challenge for others. Luckily, there are several coping mechanisms to help make things easier, and that’s where this book comes in.
In this book you will find a detailed discussion on the following subjects:
- The pros and cons of the hsp.
- Nature's contribution to the awesome personality of the highly sensitive.
- 7 factors that differentiate an hsp from an empath.
- 7 health concerns you didn't know are associated with hsps.
- Discover the best career choices for hsp.
- Secret self-care tips to keep you energized and happy.
- How the loss of a pet affects an hsp and how to recover from it.
- And much, much more!
You might easily feel drained by interactions, find it difficult to concentrate with so many distractions, or feel stronger emotions from ordinary encounters.
As a result, you feel misunderstood by others, who label you as difficult, weak, or full of drama.
But not only are they gravely mistaken, but they also have no idea just how powerful you are. There are tons of incredible strengths that come with high sensitivity.

I laughed a bit, I cried a bit - recognizing all these things. What I had a problem with, was the kind of "one size fits all" solution on how to deal with this. I am not a very social person, and I am getting old too. I'm past most of this. I can't really make use of any of these "tips and tricks", but for others they may be great. I don't know.
I was mainly here for the parts on psychic abilities and intuition, which it deals with a bit, but not too much. I'll have to keep looking. But for all you other "softies" that are growing up, and that are not getting beaten into good/strong prople/soldiers etc., this might be for you. It's never getting easier. You will just have to view things differently. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

I’m very grateful for this book. Or else I might have kept going crazy feeling upset, mad, confused and sad. A crazy rollercoaster of emotions wondering if I could fix this. Now I feel so much more at peace and like I could move on with my life in a healthy way. Thank you ? - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

My therapist mentioned “highly-sensitive” to me in a session, and in my research, I found this book. Welp, I’m a HSP, it seems. There were some great checklists, exercises and methods of helping OTHERS understand that I’m not broken, not “too sensitive” and HSPs make the world a better place.2 people found this helpful
