Such an amazing book, easy to read as a 33 year old, this is the book to read NOW, for my future. It's also for the perspective of the caregiver as well. Which is a perspective I've never considered. Truly amazing and such a well written book with insights about things I can do in my life. I started implementing them immediately. 10/10 EVERYONE should be reading this.1 person found this helpful

While I had high hopes for this book, I was a little disappointed. The author glossed over the problems of the research she bases her assertions on, so thus presents a very skewed view of a less-than-reliable observational study. She also blatantly commercializes a facility in California.2 people found this helpful
