- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5No printed form means no need for those pesky citations, eh? This " book " title represents a big topic with a very layered, sometimes complicated history. Anyone who pretends to give fair and reasonable treatment in a piece that can be read in eleven minutes is a clown (though this is probably unfair to clowns, who often bring people joy). If Maverick Media Group had any shame they'd be embarrassed to have put their name on something so cheap.
