I liked it a lot! Definitely much different than S.D.’s other books (bc it’s J.C.’s book, not Sam’s) but I really enjoyed it! I definitely got Sam/Frodo vibes from Benny and Jack, and I hope there’s a sequel bc there are still a lot of unanswered questions. All in all, I would definitely recommend! 4 1/2 stars
