I maintained my new weight when not following the strict quidelines, but after a month of eating healthy & clean with a few cheats, I am going back to the 3 week program again. It's really a new way of living and the changes have been easy to make. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

I used this book in conjunction with a clean eating recipe book as the recipes here are not comprehensive enough for me and I did not use shakes or supplements during the 21 days, I felt fine except on day 2 of the sugar-free days - gnawing headache but this passed by the 3rd sugar-free day. I’ve been exercising like a crazy person since March and just could not shift that middle weight despite losing it from everywhere else. I feel energised and happy and the brain fog has lifted. That’s how good this book is. The programme Is really easy to follow and you don’t feel deprived with the food, because it’s about what you eat not how much you eat.
