About this audiobook
This is a 2-book bundle, consisting of these books:
Book 1: In this book, you will find information about five different philosophers, some of them well-known, others less. But all of them had a significant impact on the ancient world and how people thought, as well as some of our modern-day ideas.
The first in line is Marcus Aurelius, a stoic emperor who reigned with righteousness and justice, according to historical records.
The second is Hipparchia, a cynic who broke through traditions and took a second look at society and its principles.
Book 2: What are the four virtues of stoicism?
In this book, you will find fascinating thoughts on courage, temperance, justice, and wisdom. We will touch on these topics and help you understand why they are so important. This can make a huge difference in your life.
Stoicism can also help people react better to each other in family relationships. With the virtues described, great improvements can be made in the way we interact with each other. This is the central theme of most of this guide.

Reviews for Philosophy

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The storyteller's production was undoubtedly fantastic, and so was the author's wording. This is one of the greatest books I have seen, and that is the reason why I am taking a small minute to compose a review about it. The storyteller's voice was relaxing. Did I already point out that it sounded really professional? Well, it did. Yes, and that's why I loved listening to it a lot.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It seems like the author did a great job here. This audio book should be granted an accolade. That's how good it is. The ideas from the writer made a lot of sense to me. I agreed with all the things, and that's one other reason I am so fired up about this audiobook. The writer did not randomly choose bits and pieces of wrong advice, but instead, analyzed the claims enough.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Anytime you're excited about something, you usually tell other people about it. So, that's what I'm doing here. When you're fired up about anything, you usually tell others about it. So, that's what I'm doing. In my eyes, it was simply one of those audio books you can not really avoid. You should not overlook it, since it is one of the best out there. I might become repetitive here, but that's simply how I think about it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I wanted to say something about this book, and so I am actually making the effort to write a comment. I urge you (as well as anyone who checks this out) to buy this book. I really loved it. I guess the first couple of chapters were my favorite ones, since the whole idea that the title describes, gets described. All the essentials are there. Later in the book, more depth gets added, and I think this is what makes it so great.
