My interest was lost when the prince threatened to break the heroine’s neck. When anyone threatens to do that a smart person leaves fast and quietly.

1 star for Mason Lloyd because I love him. 1 star for a loveable alpha prince. 1 star for entertaining world build and 1 star for a sense of family and character development.

The female lead though makes me want to take them all back. I'm so tired of the "independent woman" that has to be deceitful, mean, cold, secretive and argumentative. I know we don't live in our mother's and grand mother's world, but seriously must we proclaim BITCH to be the standard for an independent female. Besides the fact that for all rights he did nothing wrong and in fact she made her own messy bed. Ugh.
Still ❤ Mason Llyod and I fell in love with the Draig family.

The premise of this series is good. Alien princes looking for their mate. It is however poorly written. And the reader of the audio book does not elicit passion. He sounds like he's reading a dictionary. Even speeding up the tempo didn't help. A whole sec scene in and I was bored. I don't think ill be listening to the rest of this book or series.

Great story, but a little dry on the miscommunication between the main characters. It seemed as time went on, he just would not get the hint. NO MEANS NO!! I rolled my eyes on a few moments that took too long for the misunderstandings to be noticeable between the two main characters (redundancies). Maybe it's just me, but I feel like they had a few moments that could have been communicated quicker and more effectively, so there would be a conclusion. Then, move to the next issue. Other than that, Mason Lloyd made it entertaining, hot, and intense. He has that voice and accent to make me listen to any story in its entirety (even if it's boring). Please don't change narrators, lol!
