I found Darcy Coates Years ago on Watt Pad! This author has been around for many years- I am excited to read and listen to more of her books! If you like mystery and scary- Darcy Coates is a go to author.

I thought the narrator was terrific...she did a great job with the characters and her inflections were spot on. The plot was different, and not one done before. The research was extensive, and added to the storyline. It wasn't scary but the suspense and premise keeps you going. Worth the shot.

Decent read if you are looking for something that will keep your mind off the complexities of work /life. Nice idea narrating the story from the past and present points in paralel. First off, there’s nothing wrong with the narration. The narrator, who had narrated other audio books I’ve listened to, has a soft voice with an unusual but not unpleasant inflection at the end of sentences. She doesn’t detract from the story, which progresses primarily through narrative instead of dialogue. The plot was interesting and should appeal to horror story fans.

What an eerie story unfolding at 300 feet deep under the ocean inside the claustrophobic wreckage of a ship! It is very well written and the tension builds up steadily. It was difficult to follow at first due to the narrator’s monotonous reading, but either I grew used to it, or the narration improved halfway through the book.
