About this audiobook

Sex Material . . . It's what I'm known around town for.

A rock-hard body, covered in tattoos with a sizeable bulge that women spend their nights fantasizing about. Women track me down, needing someone that will take them rough without holding back. They find me because they need a distraction from reality. They need something to get their mind off of the boyfriend who screwed them over or the job promotion they got passed over on at work. Sometimes it's just because they need someone reckless in the bedroom before settling down with the right one.

I'm not the suit wearing, flower-buying guy you take home to meet the parents. I'm not the guy who will make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I was boyfriend material once. Would've even made a good husband. Until one night changed everything.

Then Cami shows up in my hometown, broken-hearted and pissed off at the world, needing an escape from her cheating ex. She's interested in one thing only from me-to move into my rental property. But the problem with that is the more we fight, the deeper she buries herself in my soul.

Sex material is what I'm good at, but for the first time, it may not be enough.

Contains mature themes.

Rcvd an ARC at no cost to author..So I kind of went back in forth with this one, sometimes I was like I really like this book, and then I would ask myself isn't he too much of a jerk? Don't me wrong I like alpha jerks to a point and Jansen sometimes went overboard but reading his thoughts help a lot because we saw that he was struggling with his jerkiness. Cami, loved her, she was not a wimp she fought back and the most important thing for me was that she did not give Douglas her cheating a chance not even a little, good for you. I liked the build up, Cami not being able to resist Jansen even though she fought it and Jansen not being able to leave Cami alone even though he knew she was too good for him. I adored Val her friend and I liked that she knew they was much more to Jansen since she knew him for a while she knew there was still some good to him even though she did admit he was an asshole. Glad I read, glad they got their HEA and hope we get a story about Ben.OOOh the only thing I kind of wished was that she made Jansen grovel a little more for his behavior after she found Katherine's pills, she was too lenient even though he explained to me that wasn't a good enough reason.

Jenson and Cami create the perfect storm.

Jenson is the hot landlord and Cami is the newly single tenant.

If you love a dominating male who isn't too overbearing to read about then Victoria Ashley has created another fine specimen of a man. Jenson is all sorts of attractive and he loves to get a rise out of Cami whenever possible. Everything this man does I find attractive. I've never found smoking attractive but apparently, if Jenson does it then I sure do. Cami has a feisty spirit that she doesn't let defuse just because she needs this new rental and it makes their story that much more addictive because the steammmmm.

This is a great standalone to read and I finished it way too quick for comfort.
