About this audiobook

Be careful what you wish for . . .

Lt. Grayson Masters is focused on graduating the Apache helicopter course, and the last thing he needs is his gorgeous new roommate Samantha Fitzgerald distracting him. While her smart mouth and free spirit are irresistibly irritating, he can't deny their off-the-charts chemistry, no matter how hard he tries.

Having just been expelled from college, Sam has no business digging for Grayson's secrets while she's hiding her own, but that doesn't stop her from trying to tear down his walls. Each barrier she busts through drops one of her own, though, and she's not prepared for the truth: another woman laid claim to Grayson's heart long ago.

Falling in love is something neither Grayson nor Sam can afford, and when that line is crossed and secrets are exposed, they'll learn that sometimes it's the answered prayers that will put you through hell.

Contains mature themes.

I normally love your books. When I saw Teddy Hamilton I thought yes! Going be a wonderful read. Well the female narrator just killed it for me. Her voice made this so hard to listen to her! I have unfortunately heard her swallow about 1000 times! Grrrrrr it was awful!!

The book was entertaining but I was so closed to stopping the book so many times because the female narrator kept swishing and swallowing her spit in between sentences ? So gross and distracting.

Loved the book but the female narrator wasn’t my favorite. I don’t know why they didn’t use the female voice from the other glory books. It’s tough to listen too and I hate saying that :(

The narrator who read for Samantha was incredible hard to listen to. She sounded much older than the character and the way she would audible swallow made it even harder to listen to. The voice and the character just did not match up at all. Otherwise it was a cute book in the series

Izzy and Nate meet on a flight; she is a college student returning to her university after a family reunion, and he has just enlisted in the army to escape his family's misfortunes. Izzy is terrified of flying, and Nate takes care of her the whole time, which turns out to be short-lived because the engines catch fire, and they crash into a river. Each one goes their own way with a commitment between them—they will meet to spend a few days somewhere in the world when both can fit it into their careers. The arrangement works for them, but Izzy wants more, and he has a huge ghost in his life that prevents him from pleasing her. Years without seeing each other, Izzy now works for a diplomat, and he is in charge of escorts in a war zone. And it will be there, in the midst of a war zone about to fall, where perhaps fate wants to give them a chance. (Translated from Spanish)

Not my favorite in this series. I didn't find these characters as likable as in the previous books and it felt like the story dragged for me. The major issue was lack of communication which irritates me, so this wasn't a good choice for me. Written well, narrated very well.
