For the most part a good, solid book, hitting six key areas for men. The chapter on masturbation was a little unhelpful, as I don't think Les adequately explored the dangers and biblical principles. Otherwise, this was good information. - Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5

Rubbish! Written from the perspective of a diehard Christian that takes offense to any activities not approved of by god. The book title is misleading.
