The narrator taking too many breaths for me to even get through the first five min of the book. Too distracting

Possible Spoiler Alert:So yeah, we knew it had to be Seth, because the main character is never guilty unless they are possessed by an evil spirit (or have split personalities, etc.) So the question is: how many people actually live to graduate from Shadyside? Also, the people seem to think that Seth just died at the end, but they really ought to be freaked out because he explained that he learned how to leave his body and enter other people's bodies, so that seems the obvious explanation for what he did at the end.
