The 1st few chapters were ok. It drags you in but then disappoints you.
If you're looking for lectures on how to live and think then this book is for you.
If you're looking for an psychologist in book form then this book is for you. She even supports psychologist and urges you to see one ?
She would say the norms in psychologyy like. "It's nobody fault but yours"
"You create the good and bad in your life"
"Write down your problems" ect ect
Could be?a good advice for some but she thinks that you have to have your shit in life fits before you can recieve paranormal activity but it contradicts how she received her gifts. She received it through pain and her granny helps her.
She's giving you the lessons spirit had gave to her but she should give us the lessons to receive the spirit help so that they give us those lessons.
She should of made seperate books one for her counseling lessons n the other for technique on how to receive the spirit help but she has it all mix in togather leaving you to see whats good or not.
Its not worth it.

Between the lines, you can feel the warmth and wisdom that Rebecca transmits in this excellent work that speaks of soul to soul.
Death does not change anyone, you only change of address, and consciousness is transferred to other plan beyond physicality.
You are a cosmic traveler; your body is temporary, but its essence is eternal...
