      Great narrator! Thoroughly enjoyed this story. Highly recommend this version.

      Brilliant story and spectacular performance! Thomas Hardy is not known for the beauty and ease of happy endings, but this one cannot be missed. Our hero, Gabriel Oak, stays a firm foundation for our difficult and tragic heroine Bathsheba. The villainess Sergeant is enough to try our souls, but goodness prevails. Thomas Hardy’s humor was quite a surprise to me as the story unfolds irresistibly. The performance is astonishing. It is amazing how a brilliant performance can open our hearts two characters, helping us love them, hate them, suffer with them… With bravado does Joe Jamison astonish and delight.
