- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book. It looks like Walt Disney was client obsessed before everyone else. Innovate, support, educate, entertain.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5A decent introduction to some of Disney's business practices from the 1950s through the early 1990s, with a bit of hero worship thrown in. What was once revolutionary is now conventional wisdom in the business world. The hard part remains putting it in practice.
