    That was horrid. I don't know why I expected it turn around and not be awful. Romance novels tend to have some misogyny here and there, but this took it to a whole new level. The male protagonist had no respect for the autonomy of the female protagonist. I can't believe I listened to the whole thing. I wasted a bit of my life doing just that.

    I hope there’s a next book to the story because the ending sucked
