I don’t care for the storyline or the narration. Horrible all around

If a Vet can treat humans when required why would it be hard for a Paediatrician to treat adults? ??‍♀️. I can't say this story stood out compared to other stories in this genre but what I liked the most was authenticity. The events that took place in most parts of the story are not outside the realm of possibility in real life. The ending was that good won over evil and Ronan and Bradley got their come uppance. I also loved Vaughn's surprise towards the end and most of all Sean and Claudia got their HEA!

2 star start and 4 star middle and end so 3 star review. Slow going in the beginning. I actually abandoned the book, however decided to give it another go and was happy that I did. What starts out tedious ends with a great story. So my advice is to stick with it.
