CHEESE & BACON PASTRY TWISTS

MAKES 10 PREP 10 MINS COOK 20 MINS

2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed

1 egg, lightly whisked

30g parmesan, finely grated

5 rashers streaky bacon, rind removed, cut into 1cm-wide long strips

¼ cup maple-flavoured syrup

2 tbsp wholegrain mustard

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
