EATEN ALIVE

My now husband, Liam, 28, was a pro-wrestler and I was 19 weeks pregnant with our first child.

So, Liam’s company were putting on a flamboyant wrestling gender reveal.

With family and friends selecting a pink or blue sticker, it was time to place a bet.

And opinion was split 50/50.

With red herrings and showdowns, eventually all was revealed – we had a little girl!

Jumping up, I grabbed hold of Liam’s shirt screaming with joy.

‘I can’t believe it!’ Liam grinned at me.

Liam and I had been planning our family for a while now, and the first baby name we had decided on had been a little girl’s – Alessia.

So, knowing we had a daughter on the way just felt
