Pile up the PROTEIN!

Bang bang salmon rice bowl

Ready in 20 minutes, this is packed with flavour and high-protein ingredients like salmon, which is low in saturated fat.

SERVES 4 PREP 5 mins COOK 8-10 mins

✱ 240g sticky jasmine rice
✱ 4 x 120g salmon fillets, cut into large pieces
✱ ½tsp sesame oil
✱ 1tbsp barbecue seasoning
✱ ½tbsp garlic granules

FOR THE BANG BANG SAUCE

✱ 4tbsp light mayonnaise
✱ 1½tbsp sriracha
✱ 4tbsp reduced-sugar sweet chilli sauce

TO SERVE

✱ 150g edamame
✱ 2 carrots, julienned
✱ 100g radishes, thinly sliced
✱ 150g leafy green salad
✱ Sesame seeds

1 Heat oven or air fryer to 180C Fan/ Gas 6. Cook the sticky jasmine rice according to the pack instructions.
