1 Mustard & mint potatoes

Preheat a 7-litre air fryer to 200˚C for 3 minutes. Cut into halves or quarters. Place in a large bowl with then season, mixing well to coat. Taking care, place potatoes ineach and and in a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Serve scattered with
