SHELTER

Start a new piece of writing with two people taking shelter together.

Who are the people, and what are their circumstances? Give them names and an outline identity.

Do they know each other, or not? Establish their relationship. What are they sheltering from? Establish the conditions. What are they sheltering in? Establish the setting.
