Too bright

In response to your response to the letter from Andrew Jones (Give us a hint, AMCN Vol 73 No 17), I think full beam must not be used. In my experience, these motorbikes are not visible behind an overly bright light. In other words, it’s hard to judge distance and speed. Maybe on the highway at 110km/h it is a good idea?
