TRACTOR WORLD 2024

Despite horrendous rain leading up to the event, Tractor World, at the Three Counties Showground in Worcestershire, surpassed all expectations, writes Peter Love.

Soft ground caused some issues for those camping and in the car parking areas, but these problems were largely overcome, enabling a huge crowd to enjoy the show – having travelled from all parts of the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe.

The showground’s new exhibition hall is still under construction, and this meant that there was less hard standing for organiser Mark Woodward and the Kelsey Media team to place exhibitors and traders on, but the new building will certainly be a welcome addition to next year’s event.

H J Pugh & Co.’s auction took place on the Saturday of the show, with vast numbers of potential bidders flocking to inspect the approximately 1,200 lots available. The section of the magazine.
