Cheffins Vintage
Things are all set for Cheffins’ first Vintage Collective auction of the year at Sutton, Cambridgeshire, on 19-20 April. The stars are likely to be the many MBtracs entered, which have been coming out of the woodwork following the good prices achieved in 2023.
Another that will surely set pulses racing is an original Italian Fordson Dexta crawler conversion. The last one sold in the UK during 2022 ended up in Devon and was eventually shipped to New York, USA, in early 2023. It is certainly a very desirable collector’s tractor.
Staying on the blue theme, there is a well restored Silver Jubilee 7810, a County 1164, and a stunning Ford Force 3000 too.
The Massey Ferguson entry is good and includes a restored 1200, 35, and a French-built 1080 in stunning condition, that has been on the show circuit.
There are some interesting John Deeres, with a lovely 4020 standing out.
The literature and parts sections certainly have plenty to go for, and the implement section looks good too.
